In this remote customer service chat support role, you’ll serve as an entry-level associate handling incoming customer conversations through our live chat platform. You’ll be the initial touchpoint, delivering courteous and professional assistance to resolve customer concerns and inquiries.
What you will be doing: You’ll complete an onboarding training period to understand the position and our operations. From there, your core responsibilities involve accessing our platform’s chat interface during your shifts and responding promptly to visitor questions spanning both technical support and sales inquiries. We provide comprehensive reference materials covering frequently asked questions, plus ongoing guidance from your support team throughout your tenure.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour.
Skills/background needed: A working device capable of accessing messaging apps and web-based chat platforms, whether a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Capability to work without direct supervision. Willingness to adhere closely to documented procedures and guidelines. Availability for 8 hours daily. Stable high-speed internet connection.
