What you will be doing: In this position, you’ll serve as a live chat assistant, managing incoming chat conversations across business websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities will include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers to support sales goals.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that supports web browsers and messaging applications, including smartphones, tablets, or computers. Self-directed work style is essential. Capacity to follow detailed procedures and guidelines carefully. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Dependable high-speed internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: fully remote with worldwide flexibility, United States candidates prioritized.
