We’re building out our customer support operations and need collaborative team members to join us. Day-to-day responsibilities span across multiple channels: managing support tickets through email, responding via chat platforms, handling customer calls, and providing technical assistance through our helpdesk system.
What you will be doing: As a Customer Service Representative, you’ll engage with customers across our live chat platform, addressing their inquiries, sharing relevant product information, directing them toward purchase options, and communicating available promotional offers.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a device that supports social media platforms and messaging applications, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-directed work style is essential. Comfort following detailed procedures and guidelines is required. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet access is mandatory.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote position available worldwide, with preference for candidates based in the United States.
