Customer Success Manager – Entry Level (No Experience Required)

What you will be doing: You’ll handle incoming live chat conversations across websites and social platforms, responding to customer inquiries in real time. Your responsibilities include addressing questions, sharing relevant resources, and communicating available promotions to support customer needs. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a working device for social media and chat platforms, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer. Capacity to manage tasks without constant oversight. Strong attention to detail when following instructions and protocols. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Dependable internet connection required. 

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Remote positions available worldwide, with preference for United States based candidates.
