What you will be doing: You will respond to incoming chat messages from website visitors and social media followers. Tasks include answering customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating promotional offers.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, phone, or tablet is essential, along with consistent internet access. You’ll also need competent English writing abilities to communicate effectively with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry level position with comprehensive onboarding provided. Prior experience in live chat customer support is not necessary to succeed.
Location: Remote work available worldwide, with preference for United States based applicants.
