Customer Support Agent – Remote Live Chat Specialist

We’re seeking a Customer Support Agent to join our remote live chat team and provide exceptional service to our clientele. Your primary responsibility will involve addressing customer questions and troubleshooting problems via multiple platforms, including live chat, email, and phone support.

This position is entirely virtual, meaning zero in-person interactions required. Your workday consists of responding to incoming messages through digital channels like Facebook Messenger and other messaging platforms. Since this is a fully remote role, you can manage your responsibilities from any location with internet access.

As a live chat specialist, you’ll respond to incoming messages on company websites and social media platforms. Your day-to-day tasks include answering customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers to support sales goals.

Rate: $35 per hour

Requirements: A functioning computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential. You’ll also need dependable internet service and proficiency in written English communication.

Skills/background needed: No previous experience with live chat positions is necessary for these entry-level opportunities. Complete onboarding and training support are included to help you succeed from day one.

Location: Remote work available throughout the United States.
