As a Customer Support Representative, you will additionally help with order fulfillment, return processing, and resolving customer concerns related to product quality and service delivery. This encompasses inputting transaction details into our systems, documenting service and quality issues, producing tracking information for shipments, and coordinating sample orders for promotional purposes. The position demands meticulous attention to detail and strong capability to juggle several responsibilities at once, all while delivering consistent professionalism and getting things done efficiently for every customer interaction.
What you will be doing: As a Customer Support Representative, you will be compensated for monitoring and responding to chat messages on business websites and social platforms. This is fundamentally a remote chat support position, meaning you will spend the majority of your time answering questions from our customer base regarding topics such as order changes and product reordering. Full onboarding and training materials are supplied, prior experience is not required.
