Remote Email Chat Support Specialist – Entry Level

We’re actively recruiting Entry Level Email Chat Support Specialists to strengthen our support team. In this role, you’ll manage customer inquiries across email and chat platforms, offering thoughtful solutions and addressing concerns in real time. Part of your day-to-day work will involve walking customers through product features and troubleshooting steps.

Success in this position requires strong written communication abilities and the capacity to establish trust quickly with customers. You’ll need comfort navigating social media platforms and messaging applications, using them as tools to connect meaningfully with the people you support.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Access to a device capable of running social media and app-based messaging tools (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Capacity to work autonomously without constant oversight. Willingness to adhere closely to documented procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Consistent, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
