Remote Live Chat Support – Entry Level, No Experience Required

The right fit will demonstrate patience, strong typing and writing abilities, and the confidence to work through customer inquiries with care. What you will be doing: You’ll work as a remote live chat support specialist handling customer inquiries. During each shift (flexible scheduling available), you’ll access the platform, read incoming messages, and type helpful responses. When your scheduled time ends, you simply log off and receive payment that same day.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: Need a smartphone, tablet, or computer that connects to messaging platforms and chat apps. Comfortable working without constant supervision. Willingness to follow detailed guidelines step-by-step. At least 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable internet access required.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
