Seeking an organized and detail-oriented individual for a remote virtual assistant position focused on live messaging support. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through chat interfaces, responding to their questions, sharing relevant resources, and resolving issues in real-time. The position demands strong written communication abilities, meticulous attention to detail, and the capacity to work autonomously in a varied, quick-paced setting.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility will involve responding to live chat inquiries across web platforms and social media channels. Daily tasks include fielding customer questions, distributing product resources, and presenting promotional offers to interested prospects.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing social media and messaging applications. Self-direction and the ability to consistently adhere to guidelines are essential. A minimum weekly time commitment of 5+ hours is required, along with dependable internet access.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
