We’re seeking a Remote Chat Only Live Chat Customer Support Specialist to join our team as a freelancer. If you’re committed to delivering outstanding service through written communication and have a knack for resolving customer concerns, this could be the perfect fit. Your role will focus on managing live chat conversations with professionalism and attentiveness, ensuring every interaction leaves customers satisfied.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves responding to incoming live chat messages through the client’s website and social channels. You’ll address customer inquiries, share relevant product information and promotional offers, and guide customers toward solutions with friendly, professional responses.
Rate: $35 per hour.
Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection throughout your shift. You’ll need functional English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for those new to live chat support, so comprehensive onboarding and training materials will be provided. Prior paid experience in chat support is not a prerequisite for consideration.
