We’re expanding our Sales Team and looking for enthusiastic Live Chat Representatives to help customers navigate their wheel and tire purchasing journey. In this role, you’ll communicate with prospects through our web-based chat platform, answering questions about products, sharing detailed information, and booking service times for customers who need us.
This is a fully remote opportunity where all interaction happens online, no in-person meetings required. You’ll use platforms like Facebook Messenger to respond to incoming chat requests on our website and social channels. Brand new to live chat work? No problem. We provide complete onboarding and support to get you up to speed.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: A computer, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with a stable internet connection. You’ll need functional English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
Skills/background needed: This is an entry-level position designed for beginners, so we equip you with everything needed during training. Previous paid chat support experience is not necessary to succeed here.
Location: remote work worldwide worldwide (United States preferred).
