We’re seeking an entry level Remote Live Support Specialist to serve as a key touchpoint for our customer interactions. In this role, you’ll handle customer inquiries through email and live chat, work through structured resolution procedures, and route complex issues to appropriate teams when necessary.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves monitoring and responding to real-time chat conversations on client websites and social platforms. You’ll address customer inquiries, share relevant product information, communicate promotional offers, and maintain professional communication standards throughout each interaction.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need equipment capable of accessing messaging platforms and chat applications, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-motivation and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. Following detailed procedures and guidelines accurately is critical to success. A minimum of 5+ hours weekly availability is required. Strong, stable internet connection is mandatory.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote work available globally, with preference given to United States applicants.
