We’re seeking a Remote Chat Support Agent to strengthen our customer service team during the high-volume holiday period. This temporary, fully remote position specializes in text-based customer support, delivering comprehensive product details, shipping updates, and efficient issue resolution through written communication. If you have strong typing skills and thrive in dynamic, fast-paced settings, this could be the perfect opportunity to make a real difference.

What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves responding to incoming chat inquiries across website chat windows and social media messaging platforms. Day-to-day tasks include addressing customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotional offers.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet with stable internet access is essential. Proficiency in basic written English communication is required.

Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for entry-level candidates, with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous chat support experience is not necessary to apply.
