We’re recruiting Operations Chat Support Representatives right now with entry-level positions available. Starting compensation begins at $25 per hour, and full onboarding is provided by our partner businesses spanning multiple industries globally. No prior experience needed to apply.
In this role, you’ll handle text-based customer conversations through website chat platforms. You’ll respond to customer questions regarding products and services using reference materials we supply to maintain consistent, high-quality support.
What you will be doing: Your day-to-day involves logging into a business platform during your chosen work hours and responding to incoming text messages from customers. You’ll address their concerns and questions, then clock out at shift end with same-day payment processing.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Access to a smartphone, tablet, or computer for messaging and chat-based applications. Self-directed work style. Ability to adhere to provided guidelines and procedures. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: Remote positions available globally, with preference for United States based applicants.
