We’re seeking a Remote Overnight Customer Care Representative to deliver responsive chat support during late-night hours. Your primary responsibility will involve engaging with customers through our chat platform, addressing their concerns promptly, and ensuring every interaction reflects our commitment to excellent service. Working independently through the night, you’ll be the voice our customers rely on when they need help most.
What you will be doing: Your day-to-day work involves connecting to our messaging system and handling routine customer inquiries via chat. You’ll answer questions about product pricing, return procedures, promotional codes, and similar topics. Complete onboarding is included, and most new hires are ready to begin supporting customers within a single day of training.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 an hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of running chat applications and accessing web-based platforms. Comfortable working without direct supervision. Strong attention to detail when following documented procedures. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Consistent, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: Work from anywhere globally, remote positions available worldwide with preference for United States based candidates.
