We’re seeking entry-level customer support specialists for remote chat-based roles that allow you to provide assistance from your home office. In this position, you’ll engage with customers through real-time messaging platforms and deliver the support they need. Since this opportunity is fully remote, you have the flexibility to work from anywhere with an internet connection.
What you will be doing: In your role as a Customer Support Specialist, you’ll manage incoming chat inquiries across client websites and messaging channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer concerns, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers when appropriate.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of running messaging applications. You must be comfortable working independently while following established guidelines and protocols. A minimum of 5+ hours weekly availability is required, along with dependable internet service.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
