We’re hiring multiple Remote Chat Support Specialists across the United States for immediate start. In this role, you’ll handle incoming customer messages and inquiries through live chat channels on client websites. Work entirely from home with complete flexibility in your schedule.
What you will be doing: You’ll complete a brief onboarding session to familiarize yourself with the position and the business you’re supporting. Your main responsibility involves logging into the client website’s chat interface and providing timely responses to visitor questions. These inquiries may relate to product support, account issues, or sales opportunities. You’ll receive comprehensive documentation covering frequently asked questions, plus ongoing guidance from our support team whenever you need it.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer with capability to access messaging and chat applications. Self-motivation to work without direct supervision. Willingness to follow detailed procedures and guidelines. Minimum 10 hours weekly availability. Stable, reliable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10+ hours per week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
