What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves responding to incoming live chat inquiries from customers on company websites and social platforms. Tasks include addressing customer concerns, sharing product information and resources, and applying promotional offers when appropriate.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working laptop, smartphone, or tablet is essential, along with dependable high-speed internet access. Proficiency in basic written English communication is required.

Skills/background needed: These positions are designed for newcomers to live chat support, with comprehensive onboarding provided. Previous experience in paid chat support roles is not necessary to succeed here.
