Remote Customer Support – Entry Level, No Experience Required

Start your career in customer support by handling incoming messages for businesses on popular social platforms. This entry-level opportunity places you in a fast-paced chat environment where you’ll leverage your existing social media knowledge to resolve customer inquiries quickly and professionally. No prior experience necessary, as full onboarding and training will get you up to speed from day one.

What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves responding to customer messages in real-time through chat interfaces on company websites and social media channels. This includes fielding inquiries, sharing relevant product information, processing promotional offers, and directing customers to appropriate resources.

Rate: $35 per hour.

Requirements: A working computer, smartphone, or tablet is required, along with consistent broadband or mobile internet access. You’ll need functional English writing abilities to communicate clearly with customers.
