Remote Inbound Customer Service Agent – Work From Home

We’re hiring remote inbound customer service agents to deliver excellent support across all customer touchpoints throughout your shift. You’ll manage incoming inquiries, log every customer conversation with precision, and uphold professional standards while representing both your clients and the company with integrity.

What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll work as an inbound customer service agent handling incoming messages through live chat on company websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include responding to customer inquiries, sharing relevant product information, and communicating available promotional offers to customers. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a compatible device for accessing social media platforms and messaging applications, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-directed work ethic is essential. Strong attention to detail when following established protocols and guidelines. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Work from home, available to remote workers worldwide, United States applicants preferred.
