Ready to build your customer service career? We’re actively recruiting a Remote Text Chat Operator to work from home. In this role, you’ll engage with customers through text-based messaging, addressing their questions and delivering excellent support on behalf of the businesses you’ll serve.
This is an entry-level position that includes full training to manage diverse customer inquiries covering topics like shipping details, product availability, and return procedures. Previous experience isn’t necessary, but you’ll need strong typing skills, a professional tone, genuine patience with customers, excellent written communication abilities, and the capacity to stay focused while handling multiple conversations.
What you will be doing: You’ll serve as a remote text chat operator managing customer inquiries through written conversation. During your selected hours, you’ll log into the platform, address incoming customer messages as they arrive, and log out when your shift ends. Payment is processed on a daily basis.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed:
Access to a working device that supports messaging platforms and chat applications, whether smartphone, tablet, or computer.
Capacity to work autonomously without constant supervision.
Willingness to adhere closely to established procedures and guidelines.
Minimum of 10 hours weekly availability.
Stable, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 + hours a week
Location: Remote work available internationally, with preference for candidates in the United States.
