Remote Call Center Agent – Chat Support Only

What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll respond to incoming chat messages across business websites and social media platforms. Your responsibilities include addressing customer inquiries, sharing relevant product links, and presenting promotional offers to clients. 

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a computer, smartphone, or tablet capable of running chat applications and accessing social media platforms. Strong ability to work autonomously without constant oversight. Capacity to follow detailed instructions precisely. A minimum of 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection required.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
