Remote Chat Support Specialist | Virtual Customer Service (No Phone Calls)

Are you comfortable having meaningful text-based conversations with customers from all walks of life? We’re actively recruiting motivated virtual chat support specialists to fill urgent openings. In this fully remote position, you’ll use written communication to build rapport with customers visiting our client websites and Facebook Messenger platforms. No voice calls required, ever.

What you will be doing: Your day-to-day work involves responding to incoming chat messages across client websites and social channels. You’ll address customer inquiries, share product recommendations, process promotional codes, and facilitate sales conversations entirely through text-based interactions.

Contract length: No fixed term

Rate: $35 per hour

Skills/background needed: You’ll need a device with access to messaging platforms and chat applications, whether that’s a smartphone, tablet, or computer. Self-direction and the ability to work without constant supervision are essential. Strong attention to detail when following protocols and guidelines is required. Minimum 5+ hours weekly availability. Stable, reliable broadband connection.

Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week

Location: Worldwide remote positions available, United States candidates prioritized.
