We’re seeking an enthusiastic and customer-focused virtual chat representative to engage with clients through live messaging channels and address their concerns promptly. You’ll need strong capabilities in both spoken and written English. Complete training and detailed reference documentation will be provided to set you up for success. Currently, this position focuses on weekend and evening shifts.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: Possession of a compatible device for accessing social platforms and app-based messaging systems (smartphone, tablet, or computer). Capacity to manage tasks with minimal supervision. Competency in adhering closely to documented procedures and guidelines. Minimum 20+ hours weekly availability. Dependable broadband connection required.
Hours per week: 20 – 40 hours a week
