Do you excel at helping customers and prefer working from your home office? We’re seeking motivated professionals to serve as Remote Web Chat Support Specialists. In this role, you’ll address customer inquiries and resolve issues by engaging with visitors through our live chat interface.
What you will be doing: Your primary responsibility involves responding to incoming chat conversations from website visitors and social media platforms. Day-to-day tasks include fielding customer questions, sharing relevant product links, and communicating available promotions.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need access to a computer, smartphone, or tablet that supports web chat and mobile applications. Self-motivation and the ability to work autonomously are essential. You should demonstrate strong attention to detail when following established protocols. Minimum availability of 5+ hours weekly required. Stable high-speed internet access is mandatory.
Hours per week: 5 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide (United States preferred).
