What you will be doing: In this role, you’ll handle incoming live chat communications for various businesses, responding to customer inquiries in real-time across websites and social messaging channels. Your responsibilities will include addressing customer questions, sharing relevant product information, and communicating promotional offers when appropriate.
Contract length: Flexible, ongoing arrangement with no set expiration date
Rate: $35 per hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a reliable device such as a smartphone, tablet, or computer to access chat platforms and social media applications. Strong independent work ethic required. Ability to follow guidelines and protocols consistently. Minimum 5 hours weekly availability. Stable, dependable internet connection necessary.
Hours per week: 5 to 40 hours weekly, your choice
Location: Work entirely remote, positions available globally, preference given to candidates in the United States.
