Your day-to-day work will involve responding to customer messages and concerns in a timely, professional manner. You’ll read between the lines to truly understand what someone is experiencing, and you’ll stand up for them when needed, making sure every interaction results in a genuine resolution that works for both sides.
Beyond solving individual issues, you’ll play a key role in gathering insights directly from our customers. This feedback becomes invaluable data that helps us refine what we offer and create better experiences moving forward.
Rate: $35 per hour
Requirements: You’ll need a working device like a laptop, phone, or tablet, along with a solid internet connection. Conversational English writing ability is essential for the role.
Skills/background needed: This position is designed for people starting out in chat support. Full training is included with the job, so prior experience answering live chats is not required or expected.
