We’re looking to bring on a new Remote Live Chat Customer Support Representative to join our growing support department. In this role, you’ll deliver outstanding assistance to our customers through live chat, email, and additional messaging platforms.
As a key part of our support operation, you’ll handle incoming customer inquiries and connect with customers proactively to confirm their experience meets expectations. The right person for this position will demonstrate strong written and verbal communication abilities and maintain a courteous, well-informed approach with every interaction.
What you will be doing: Working as a live chat customer support representative, you’ll sign into our chat platform and handle customer inquiries on common topics such as pricing details, refund information, and promotional offers. We provide thorough onboarding, and you’ll be ready to go in under a day.
Contract length: No fixed term
Rate: $35 an hour
Skills/background needed: You’ll need a smartphone, tablet, or computer capable of accessing chat apps and web platforms. Self-directed work style is essential. Ability to follow detailed guidelines and processes. Minimum 10+ hours per week availability. Strong, dependable internet connection required.
Hours per week: 10 – 40 hours a week
Location: remote work worldwide, United States preferred.
